Real Estate Professionals: Seeking Nationwide MLS Data Collection

C&D Real Estate Appraisal & Review is a nationwide review company. We request local data obtained from MLS systems for specific market areas, that will be predominately retrospective dates. Data to be complied does not constitute an analysis nor is it considered a comparable check. And is not a process for an appraisal assignment; MLS printouts, a 1-line CMA and county tax profiles are the only data provided. We send out an appraisal for the property, along with data pulling instructions and cover pages. Time to complete typically less than 15 minutes. Some properties may be slightly longer. Must be able to return orders within 24 hours of order receipt. Must be able to communicate acceptance and any delays. Orders will be sent and received by e-mail. Flat fee per order.
