  • Chris Wilsher

    I was born and raised in the Bay Area on the Pennsula and currently reside in Rocklin, California with my wife Heidi and three wonderful boys. I have been involved in Real Estate and the Appraisal industry since 1989, I enjoy every facet of the industry. When not working in the San Carlos or Roseville office I love to play golf, and play cards with some friends. I have trained over 80 appraisers in California and take pride in the appraisal product C&D produces. My staff is like family and appraisers are considered friends and teammates. My background prior to appraisals was playing professional baseball in the states and in Europe, this is were I get my continued enthusiasm to compete and be successful in the Real Estate Industry.

    Traci Edwards

    I grew up in CA in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and have also lived in NY, HI and SC. I started working in the appraisal industry in 2004 when I got a job as a Customer Service Representative for a large appraisal company in Roseville. I was lucky enough to come on board with C&D in December of 2006 as District Manager. I really enjoy talking on the phone to the clients and the appraisers and taking care of the day to day tasks in the office. I have 2 children that are with me every other week. When I am not caring for them I enjoy reading, shopping, watching movies and spending time with my friends and family.

    Katie Meledy

    I just moved to the Roseville area in January after living in Santa Cruz for six years attending college and coaching volleyball at Bethany University. I started working in the accounting field during school and after I graduated. I then moved to Roseville where I found C & D. I love helping out with the bookkeeping and office projects, making sure everyone is happy and successful! I also help out at Sunset Christian Center Church with my husband, Erik. We run sports ministries at the church, coordinating various sports and activities. I enjoy working with the clients and appraisers here and look forward to many more years of success!

    Karen Goodale

    I was born and raised in the Southern California area and have lived in northern California of the past 21 years. I have always loved looking at homes and started in the area of Real Estate appraising in 2002. I consider myself a "people person" and enjoy my daily contact with our customers and large C&D Team! Prior to appraising, I had a horse breeding business in which I showed and bred Paints and Quarter Horses. I now enjoy spending time with my husband of 23 years, Doug, and my three boys, not to mention my large circle of close friends and family.
