Chris Willsher is CEO and Chief Appraiser of C&D Real Estate Appraisal & Review. He is a California State Certified Real Estate Appraiser holding the education and experience needed to be designated and regarded as a top professional in the industry.

Chris has excelled in the Real Estate Industry since 1984 and has trained over 80 appraisers in California. He has worked as a trial consultant throughout Northern California since 1994 and is considered to be one of the most diligent resources as an expert witness. Designated by two of the largest Appraisal Management Companies as a "Star Provider" and "Top Producer" in 2004 and 2007, respectively.
