Russell Hitomi brings extensive appraisal industry experience to the C&D team. He has been a Certified General Appraiser since 1991 and holds an MBA from University of California, Berkeley. Russ has provided a large number of clients with valuation services for both residential and commercial properties for over 30 years. A defining professional in the industry, he has served the Appraisal Institute as Chapter President for both the Los Angeles and Ventura County Chapters. In addition, Russ has been an FHA-approved appraiser since the early 1980's. Russ is also a licensed real estate broker.
