Dawn Buchberger has an extensive Real Estate Appraisal background. She has been a Certified Appraiser since 1991 and has been in the appraisal business since 1983, both as an appraiser and as a reviewer in the northern California region. Dawn is also an FHA-approved appraiser. Dawn has ber bachelor's degree from CSUS in Real Estate and Land Use Planning/Business.
