Greg Games was born in Miami, FL and resided there until moving to Cincinnati, OH, where he attended the University of Cincinnati. Upon moving to Sacramento, Greg interned at his brother’s appraisal company. He received his appraiser’s license in 1999 and started his own appraisal business in 2004. He continued doing residential appraisals in the greater Sacramento area as well as Placer and El Dorado county areas.

Greg joined the C&D team in 2009 and has contributed as a Staff Appraiser, Quality Control, and most recently as the Manager of the Valuation Risk Analysis department. He has been instrumental in developing client relations and internal procedures for this exciting new product, which is unique to C&D’s product line. His versatility and management skills have been a continued asset to C&D.

Greg enjoys watching, as well as playing sports in his spare time. Weekends are dedicated to road trips with his wife and their yellow lab, Madison.
